For me, building and remodeling has always been more than just a career — it's a passion rooted in family, hard work, and the values passed down from my father. Growing up, I watched my father dedicate himself to his craft. I admired not only the quality of his work but also the man he was — strong, hardworking, honest, and respected by those around him. He taught me that being successful wasn't just about the work you completed, but about the relationships you built, the promises you kept, and the reputation you left behind.   From a young age, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I wanted to build something of my own while carrying forward the same values that made me look up to him. At just 18 years old, I took that dream and turned it into reality by starting my own contracting business. Today, Merrell Building & Remodeling is built on those same principles that inspired me from the beginning: honesty, reliability, exceptional craftsmanship, and strong community relationships.
